      As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our manufacturers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) is unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) is available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

      Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order and prior to shipment. Cancellation requests must be submitted via e-mail at orders@bathandbath.co. If received prior to shipping, the order will be voided with zero fees. Approved order cancellations will receive an e-mail confirmation of status.

      However, if the order is not in our manufacturer's warehouse and is en route to your address, the shipment cannot be canceled. If an order is refused due to a cancellation that was not provided in a timely manner or an error made on your part while ordering, this shall be deemed as a return. A 25% restocking fee along with the original shipping and return shipping charges will be applied to your credit.

      Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.

      To order an item that is out of stock simply send us an e-mail at orders@bathandbath.co with a link to the item you would like to purchase. Our sales team is available to assist you by placing the order for you. We will notify you of the expected lead time on the out-of-stock item(s) before placing your order and keep your order in our system until the out-of-stock item(s) is back in stock. Once an order is checked out, in-stock items on the order will be charged and shipped within 1-3 business days.

      Out-of-stock items in the order will not be charged until they are back in-stock and ready to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will be e-mailed your tracking details so you can track your order online.

      Bath and Bath ships all orders for free and in a timely and efficient manner. Once an order is placed for an in-stock item, the order will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days via LTL for large items and FedEx or UPS for smaller items. If incorrect contact information was provided at the time the order was placed or a re-consignment (change in address) is requested after the item is already in transit, you (the customer) will be responsible for any fees incurred as well as delays in the delivery of the order.

      Shipping times vary based on the final destination, however, the average transit time is within 5-9 business days.


      Once an order leaves the warehouse, we will update your order with the tracking number within 24 hours. If you don't receive the tracking number within 5 business days after you placed your order, feel free to send us an e-mail at orders@bathandbath.co and we will give you your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours before the tracking information becomes available on the carrier's website.

      Deliveries are usually made between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and will be scheduled within a 4-hour window. The carrier will most likely call you to schedule a delivery appointment. If the freight company delivering the item has made multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact you to establish a delivery date and time, the freight company may apply storage fees which will be applied to your order. Please make sure you are home or have a responsible adult (18 yrs or older) available to thoroughly inspect, accept, and sign for the delivery. All products shipped to you are carefully packaged to help ensure that you receive the products in excellent condition. LTL shipments are delivered curbside and parcel shipments are delivered to your door.


      Any noted transit damages to the purchased item or missing parts must be reported to Bath and Bath within 24 hours of delivery at orders@bathandbath.co with images and a description of the damage. If the damage is evident, please refuse the shipment and note the damage on the delivery receipt (ie, "Refused due to shipping damages") so we can send a replacement. If the damage is minor, please accept the shipment and note the damages on the receipt. Most minor issues/damages can be replaced by parts and do not require a full return of the item.

      You will be responsible for any transit damages that are not noted on the delivery form. If you refuse your shipment for reasons excluding shipping damages, manufacturer defect, or a shipping error on our part, it will be treated as a return and you will be responsible for the return shipping and handling costs, as well as a 25% restocking fee.

      PLEASE NOTE: Failure to comply with these guidelines automatically disqualifies you from free replacement of goods damaged during transit. Please be diligent when signing the delivery receipt by following the instructions explicitly stated above.

      We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell. However, if you're still not 100% satisfied with your purchase after receiving it and you want to return it, please send us an e-mail at returns@bathandbath.co to start the return process.

      In your e-mail, you will need to provide:
      • A receipt or proof of purchase.
      • The quantity of the items you want to return.
      • A detailed reason for your return.
      • A request for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return shipping information.

      We will do our best to get back to you within one business day regarding your request for a return and work with you to resolve any issues that might arise.

      To be eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds:
      • The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it or in new condition and free of wear.
      • The item(s) must be in its original packaging or crating materials.
      • All parts of the item(s) must be present when shipped or returned.

      The following types of items are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds:
      • Items that have been partially or completely installed and/or assembled.
      • Items that have been modified or altered.
      • Items not in their original packaging and crating materials.
      • Items marked as non-returnable or discontinued.

      Bath and Bath's return policy will vary depending on the brand of the item(s) purchased. We honor the return policy offered by each manufacturer/supplier. When ordering, you agree to the return policies below:

      No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number/form. The RMA number/form must appear inside or outside of the box or carton for verification of receipt. All items being returned due to any other reason besides shipping damages, shipping errors on our part, or a manufacturer defect are subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping and handling costs. Bath and Bath does not exchange items, all exchanges will be deemed as returns and be subject to the terms and conditions of the return policy and procedures. All returns will be inspected upon arrival at our manufacturer's warehouse and once approved, the applicable credit will be provided.

        We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within three months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.         Wyndham Collection feels strongly that the products you purchase should be free of defects and built to last. We offer an industry-leading full Two Year Limited Warranty (twice the industry standard). It fully covers manufacturer defects such as peeling paint, broken or malfunctioning components, cracks, discoloration, and dents. Should there be a need to make a claim within the warranty period please do so by contacting Bath and Bath directly at support@bathandbath.co. The following restrictions apply:

        • The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the warranted item.
        • You must present proof of purchase/purchase invoice for validation.
        • The warranty does not protect against malfunction or other failure caused by abuse, neglect, or misuse including, but not limited to, repair by persons not authorized by Wyndham Collection, improper handling or maintenance, improper installation, modifications of any kind including painting or use for purposes other than intended or in locations subject to conditions not intended for the product(s).
        • Normal wear and tear is not covered, including scratched or chipped counters.
        • Wyndham Collection recommends that installation be performed by a professional, though this is not required under the terms of the warranty. Any damage caused by improper installation or handling is the responsibility of the purchaser. Compliance with all state and local codes is required.
        • This warranty specifically excludes claims for indirect, incidental, accidental, or consequential damages.
        • Warranty claims must be accompanied by a detailed description of the issue and sufficient photographic evidence that we may evaluate properly.
        • Local building code compliance is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with local code regulations before purchasing.
        • This warranty has a time frame of six months rather than 2 years for all commercial and/or public projects.

        This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, written or oral. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of Wyndham Collection. The customer's legal rights are limited to those stated specifically in this warranty statement.

        With proof of purchase, Wyndham Collection, at our discretion, will repair or replace the defective product within the warranty time period. The customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the removal and reinstallation of the product in the case of a repair.         2) Can I place an order for an item that is out of stock?
        Yes, you can. Simply send us an email at orders@bathandbath.co with a link to the item you would like to purchase. Our sales team is available to assist you by placing the order for you. We will notify you of the expected lead time on your item before you place your order and keep your order in our system until the item is back in stock. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed your tracking details so you can track your order online.

        3) Can you notify me when this item is in stock?
        Yes, we can. Simply enter your email address in the "Email Me When Available" box above and we will send you an email whenever the item is back in stock. (The box only appears when an item is out of stock.)

        4) How is my product being shipped?
        The majority of heavy products like vanities are shipped via LTL truck freight and are set up as a Standard Curbside Delivery. The driver will carefully unload your product and deliver it curbside. The carrier will call you prior to you receiving your product so they can set up an appointment for delivery. Smaller vanities and smaller items like sinks and faucets are shipped via small parcel (UPS, FedEx, etc).

        5) What do I do if I can't track my shipment?
        Send us an email at support@bathandbath.co or call us at 855-765-7797 and we will give you an updated tracking number.

        6) When will my shipment arrive?
        Depends on whether you're located in the west, east, north, or south of the US. However, most shipments take 1-3 business days to process and ship, and another 5-9 business days to be delivered to your address.

        7) Do I need to be there for the delivery?
        Yes, someone is required to be available at the appointed time in order for the goods to be delivered to you. An item will not be left at the designated delivery address unless someone that is 18-years or older is available to inspect and sign for the shipment.

        8) What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
        We work hard to ensure items arrive in perfect condition but understand that this isn’t always the case. Make sure that you fully inspect your item before you sign for the delivery. Goods are to be opened and inspected thoroughly. Any damages or scratches on your item must be identified on the delivery slip. By signing the delivery slip free and clear, you are thereby acknowledging that the goods were received in perfect condition, and were inspected upon arrival. 
        Please make sure to report any damages or discrepancies on your shipment within 24 hours of the delivery. Following these steps will ensure that any replacements needed are processed in a timely fashion.

        10) Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?
        No, we don't. Bath and Bath is strictly an online retailing business so we don't have any showrooms or warehouses.

        11) Why do I see a label on my shipment that says this product may cause cancer or birth defects?
        This label was included in your package as a way for our manufacturer to comply with the California Safe Water Act of 1986; also known as Prop 65. Many products sold in California are required to carry this label. The label is provided to inform customers of the presence of said substances. Those substances may include the nickel and chromium found in stainless steel or other substances used in the production of the various products we offer.

        In conclusion, even if the product may be found to contain trace amounts of a Proposition 65 listed substance, it does not mean that this product will cause cancer or birth defects. We are confident all our products are safe and do not pose a danger to the health of our consumers.

        12) I do not live in California, why does my product include that label?
        Bath and Bath's products are shipped throughout the United States and other parts of the world. It would be very difficult for us to determine which packages would be shipped to consumers residing in the State of California.

        13) If you claim that your product is safe why do you still include this label on your products?
        The state of California requires that any product that contains any of the 900+ specified substances be labeled. In our case, the exposure to these substances is required to be reported.
